HOUSE WORT

A rare site in a unique location – a smallholding just outside Stellenbosch, set amongst local gems. The project demanded a pragmatic, context-driven approach with careful attention to scale and footprint. The single-storey residence, shaped by simple rural forms, establishes its own sense of place through sheltered courtyards and framed landscape views. Private bedrooms and internal spaces are thoughtfully arranged within an open-plan layout that embraces the surrounding mountain vistas.
