One of our flagship projects, this building occupies a prominent corner site along the main boulevard of Paardevlei Estate. Its design responds directly to the streetscape and the Helderberg Basin mountain range, offering 360-degree views from the first to fourth floors. Each wing embraces the site’s remarkable setting through strong indoor-outdoor connections, highlighting its exceptional position. The modern, contemporary character is achieved through careful faceting of surfaces, massing, solid/void arrangements, and the use of colour.
